WSBC ("we", "us", or "our") is a private, invitation-only network dedicated to connecting select high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with exclusive opportunities in Asia-Pacific innovation and advanced manufacturing. This Membership Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations for membership in WSBC. By applying for or accepting membership, you agree to abide by this policy, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms.
1. Membership Overview
WSBC is designed for discerning HNWIs who seek curated access to high-impact opportunities, strategic networking, and innovative ecosystems. Membership is limited to maintain exclusivity, confidentiality, and quality. We prioritize members who align with our values of innovation, discretion, global collaboration, and ethical conduct.
Membership is by invitation only and is not open to the public. We do not engage in active solicitation or advertising—growth occurs through trusted referrals and word-of-mouth.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for membership, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Net Worth: A verifiable net worth of at least $50 million USD (or equivalent). Verification may include references, financial statements, or third-party confirmation (handled confidentially).
- Professional Alignment: Demonstrated experience or interest in innovation, manufacturing, investment, or related fields, particularly in Asia-Pacific contexts. This may include entrepreneurs, family office principals, venture capitalists, or executives from relevant industries.
- Referral Requirement: All applications must include a referral from an existing WSBC member or trusted affiliate. Self-nominations without a referral will not be considered.
- Values Fit: Commitment to ethical business practices, confidentiality, and mutual respect. Applicants should share WSBC's focus on bridging global capital with Asia-Pacific opportunities (e.g., health continuity, defense resilience, autonomous systems).
- Age and Capacity: Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
- Global Diversity: We welcome HNWIs from around the world, with a preference for those interested in diversifying into Asia-Pacific markets. No restrictions based on nationality, but compliance with international sanctions and regulations is required.
WSBC reserves the right to deny membership at its sole discretion, without explanation.
3. Application and Onboarding Process
- Expression of Interest: Submit the inquiry form on wsbc.global, providing your full name, preferred email, optional phone, and a brief description of your interest/referral. All submissions are reviewed personally.
- Initial Review: Our team assesses your inquiry within 24–48 hours. If it aligns with our criteria, we will request additional information (e.g., referral confirmation, net worth verification).
- Interview: Qualified applicants are invited to a confidential video or in-person call (typically in Hong Kong or virtually) to discuss fit, expectations, and values alignment.
- Invitation: Successful applicants receive a formal invitation, including membership tier options and fee details.
- Acceptance and Payment: Upon acceptance, pay the applicable initiation and annual fees. Membership begins once payment is confirmed.
- Orientation: New members receive access to the secure portal, an orientation session, and introductions to key network features.
The entire process typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on verification timelines.
